Text messaging program terms for Miami Wheels

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of the Miami Wheels SMS Program. By opting in to receive text messages from Miami Wheels, you agree to these SMS Terms. These SMS Terms supplement our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Name

2. Program Description

The Miami Wheels SMS Program sends conversational and transactional text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Message categories include:

  • Vehicle inquiries: Two-way conversations with sales representatives about vehicles of interest, availability, pricing, and specifications.
  • Appointment scheduling: Test-drive, showroom visit, and service appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
  • Vehicle listing links: Direct links to specific vehicles you asked about or that match your stated interests.
  • Onboarding and paperwork: Secure links for pre-qualification, identity verification, income verification, purchase paperwork, and related steps in the buying process.
  • Post-sale service: Service plan activation, first-service reminders, and ongoing service-appointment coordination.

3. How to Opt In

You can enroll in the Miami Wheels SMS Program through any of the following methods:

  • Website: Provide your mobile number on a vehicle detail page, contact form, credit application, or the SMS sign-up page and check the SMS consent box.
  • At the dealership: Enter your mobile number on the same web form shown on an iPad or self-service kiosk at Miami Wheels, and check the SMS consent box next to the mobile-phone field. The disclosure, checkbox, and audit record are identical to the website form.
  • Text to enroll: Text START or SUBSCRIBE to our messaging number after being shown this disclosure on signage, advertisements, or by a Miami Wheels representative.

Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing a vehicle, obtaining financing, completing paperwork, or accessing any other service.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Miami Wheels. Recurring messages are sent in response to your inquiries, appointments, and active deals — typically between 2 and 15 messages per month, though volume can exceed this during active vehicle inquiries or the paperwork phase of a purchase.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Miami Wheels does not charge a fee for participating in the SMS program, but your mobile carrier may apply per-message or per-megabyte charges based on your wireless plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to Get Help — HELP

Reply HELP (or INFO) to any message from the Miami Wheels SMS Program to receive a response with program information and support contact details. You can also reach us using the contact information in Section 11.

7. How to Opt Out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After you send one of these keywords, you will receive a single confirmation message indicating your opt-out was received, and you will not receive further SMS messages from the Miami Wheels SMS Program.

If you want to re-enroll after opting out, you can sign up again using any of the methods in Section 3.

Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of other communication channels (phone or email) unless you separately request to do so.

8. Supported Carriers

The Miami Wheels SMS Program is compatible with major US wireless carriers, including (but not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most regional carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by the carriers or by Miami Wheels.

9. Eligibility

The Miami Wheels SMS Program is available to individuals 18 years of age or older in the United States who have their own mobile number and wireless service. By opting in you confirm that (a) you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and (b) you are authorized to incur any charges that may apply.

10. Privacy

Information collected through the Miami Wheels SMS Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Miami Wheels does not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is used only to operate the Miami Wheels SMS Program and to fulfill your inquiries with Miami Wheels.

12. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled subscribers where required by law. Your continued participation in the Miami Wheels SMS Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.

13. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in FL.
